This policy describes how MockSuit ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use https://www.mocksuit.com. By using the service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account: When you sign in with Google, we receive profile details such as your name, email address, and avatar URL through our authentication provider.

  • Usage: Basic analytics and server logs (pages visited, errors, approximate location from IP) to keep the product reliable and secure.

Legal basis (India)

We process personal data for legitimate uses aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP): delivering the service you signed up for, security, and compliance. Where consent is required (for example, optional marketing cookies if enabled), we ask before collecting.

Sharing

We use subprocessors that help us operate the product, including hosting, authentication, payments, speech, and AI evaluation. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and interview data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Resume files and session artifacts may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required for your report or support.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport, access controls, and signed URLs for sensitive files. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use a strong Google account and report suspected issues promptly.

Your choices

  • Update profile details through your Google account where applicable
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by submitting our contact form with the subject "Privacy request"
  • Decline non-essential cookies where our cookie banner offers that choice

Children

The service is intended for users who can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
