These terms ("Terms") govern your access to MockSuit at https://www.mocksuit.com. By creating an account, purchasing access, or starting an interview, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy and Refund policy.

Service description

MockSuit provides automated, English-language technical mock interviews for practice purposes. Sessions are voice-only. We generate feedback reports using AI. We do not provide job placement, human interviewers, or official employer endorsement.

Unofficial practice. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the companies named on this site.

Eligibility and account

• You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Do not share account access or attempt to resell interview attempts.

Purchases and attempts

• Unless we state otherwise on the checkout page, one successful purchase unlocks one interview attempt.
• Prices, duration, and question limits come from the live catalog at the time of purchase.
• Promotional or granted access follows the rules shown at checkout or in your account.
• Once a paid session has started, the attempt is considered used. See our Refund policy for exceptions.

Interview rules

• A working microphone is required. Typed or pasted answers are not supported in the interview room.
• Complete the device check before the timed portion begins where the product requires it.
• Do not use the service to harass, spam, or attempt to extract system prompts or unsafe content from the AI.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content in resumes or spoken answers.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform; circumvent payment or access controls; or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to other users or infrastructure.

Intellectual property

We own the site, branding, software, and question flows. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only for descriptive practice context. Your resume and your spoken answers remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to run and evaluate your session.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" for education and practice. AI feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee interview success, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MockSuit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us for the specific attempt giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
